Architectural & Planning
If you’re thinking of improving your home, perhaps by adding an extension for an extra bedroom or lounge, re-designing your kitchen, adding a new bathroom, or converting your loft, we can help.
Our architectural and planning service will draw up plans for home extensions and renovations, help you make planning applications and guide you through the local authority building regulations and planning processes.
We have an in-house structural engineer and architect who will take care of everything for you.
Consultation
To get your project going, we will meet you for an initial consultation, to understand your vision and requirements on the extension or renovations you want to be carried out.
If required, we can carry out a full measured survey of your existing property on this visit, and provide you with early sketch schemes that will help you visualise your proposals, before we begin formal drawings and plans.
Architectural plans and drawings
Our architectural services provide advice on the best approach to your extension or renovation project. We will then produce architectural drawings, plans and designs for home extensions, commercial premises extensions, loft conversions, barn conversions, additional rooms, new commercial layouts, conservatories and garages.
Whatever your requirements, give Complete Build Solutions Ltd a call today to find out more about our architectural services.
Feasibility
Once we have produced your proposed building designs, we will make recommendations which will ensure you get the design you want at the most cost-effective price to you. This is a collaborative process, and it is imperative that the plans meet your requirements before the next stage can begin.
Planning permission
Applying for and successfully getting planning permission can be a real headache, even for the simplest of projects. If your project requires planning permission, we can help you with this process and even make the application on your behalf.
With around 20 years’ experience in the building industry, we have a good understanding of what makes a project more likely to be granted planning permission and good relationships with local authority planning departments.
We will ensure that the first set of designs and plans are likely to be successful, rather than you having to go through a process of amending and changing the plans.
Planning process and building regulations
Even when you have received planning permission for a project, that isn’t the end of the red tape. Throughout any build, planners may visit to ensure the project is being carried out according to the permission that was given, then of course it will need to meet building regulations to be signed off.
We are well versed in the planning process and building regulations, meaning you don’t need to worry about the process or sign-off.
