Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured to the value of £5 million public liability, and £10 million employer’s liability. This will give you extra peace of mind when we carry out any job or project for you.
Which areas do you work in?
We cover the following areas: Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Surrey and the whole Greater London area. We also offer national coverage and are happy to travel further afield if you require.
Can I get a free quote?
Yes. We would be delighted to offer you a free, no-obligation quote for your building or roofing project.
What happens when you give me a quote?
In order to give you a quote, a member of our team will visit you at the property you wish to extend or renovate. We’ll sit down and chat with you about your vision, any work that’s already been carried out, and of course your budget.
We’ll make some informal recommendations at this meeting, but will follow this up with detailed written proposals for the work, including costings. This is a collaborative process, and we are happy to make amendments according to your wishes and budget.
Do you have experience working with listed buildings?
Yes. We are very experienced working with listed buildings and in period property restoration. This means we not only have a good understanding of the techniques that are required for certain ages of building, but we also know how to ensure that local authority planning departments and heritage bodies are kept happy with the work.
This can take a huge headache out of your listed building renovation project, as we will deal with the planning side of things for you. You can be sure that the end result will be a sympathetically restored property that meets with all necessary listing criteria.
What kind of roofing services do you offer?
We can both lay new roofs, and maintain and repair existing ones. We are very experienced in working with a range of different kinds of roofing, including slate, tiles, felt roofing, fibre glass roofing, leadworks, liquid plastic roofing, pitched roofing, polycarbonate roofing and thatching.
Do you offer a call-out service for emergencies?
Yes. Whether you have a leaky roof or a wall that has become unsafe, you can call us any time, day or night, for a fast response.
What is your attitude to health and safety?
Health and safety is very important to us, for our staff, our customers and the general public who are around any project we carry out. We carry out all our work in such a way that miminises the risk of injury or illness to any person, damage to any property or harm to the environment.
